H GerolymatosInternationalAEBE, αναζητά για την παραγωγική μονάδα της εταιρείας στις ΑχαρνέςProductionPlanner, ο/η οποίος/α θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για τον σχεδιασμό και εκτέλεση της βέλτιστης παραγωγής, αναφερόμενος/η στον Διευθυντή Παραγωγής του εργοστασίου. Η θέση αφορά σε αντικατάσταση εγκυμοσύνης.

Απαιτήσεις Θέσης

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης ή Ανώτερης σχολής συναφούς αντικειμένου (Science/Engineering/Logistics/Operation Management/Supply Chain)

  • Τουλάχιστον (3) χρόνια Εργασιακής εμπειρίας ως Production Planner / Administrator ή σε παρόμοια θέση οργάνωσης και υποστήριξης Παραγωγής, κατά προτίμηση στον τομέα του φαρμάκου.

  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

  • Άριστη χρήση συστημάτων ERP και ΜS Office.

  • Δομημένος και αναλυτικός τρόπος σκέψης

  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων

Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης

  • Διαχειρίζεται όλα τα inputs προγραμματισμού: Παραγγελίες, προβλέψεις, αποθέματα ετοίμων προϊόντων και υλικών / α'υλών, ημερομηνίες και ποσότητες παράδοσης υλικών / α΄υλών

  • Καταστρώνει, παρακολουθεί και αναμορφώνει το πρόγραμμα παραγωγής με στόχο τη βέλτιστη ανταπόκριση στις παραγγελίες αλλά και την ελαχιστοποίηση των απωλειών στους διαθέσιμους πόρους.

  • Χρησιμοποιεί το ERP και αντίστοιχο λογισμικό προγραμματισμού για την υποστήριξη των εργασιακών του καθηκόντων. Χρησιμοποιεί εξειδικευμένες πλατφόρμες πελατών.

  • Εκδίδει τις καθημερινές εντολές παραγωγής σύμφωνα με τον προγραμματισμό.

  • Συντάσσει τις ανάγκες σε υλικά / α' ύλες ώστε να γίνουν οι παραγγελίες στο σωστό χρόνο και ποσότητες. Παρακολουθεί την παράδοση των παραγγελιών.

  • Εντοπίζει τις τρέχουσες και πιθανές ελλείψεις, καταστρώνει σχέδια επίλυσης προβλημάτων σχετικών με καθυστερημένες αποστολές, ελλείψεις υλικών, αλλαγές στο πρόγραμμα και τα υποβάλλει στον Δ/ντη Παραγωγής.

  • Ενημερώνει τα τμήματα πωλήσεων για την ετοιμότητα παραγγελιών, δημιουργεί packing lists και καταστρώνει το εβδομαδιαίο πρόγραμμα φόρτωσης.
