Junior Internal Communications Specialist (Attica)

Responsibilities:

  • Participates in the organization, coordination and implementation of various internal communication materials, as these arise from the needs of the Company's General Divisions
  • Collaborates with the respective General Divisions, contributing to the production of articles as well as the execution and management of internal contests hosted on the Intranet
  • Maintains and updates the Intranet, ensuring it is always up to date and aligned with the Group's broader strategy
  • Monitors the internal calendar with the aim of optimizing the timing and utilization of internal announcements/campaigns
  • Ensures the correct application of the Company's visual identity across all internal communication materials
  • Monitors performance and generates related reports using BI tools, leading to proposals for optimizing traffic and engagement of Intranet users

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a University in Communication and Media or Marketing or Social Sciences
  • Master's degree in Communication and Media or Marketing will be considered an additional qualification
  • Up to two (2) years of relevant experience in a Communication or Marketing Agency (Above The Line (ATL) or Below The Line (ΒΤL)) or in a company's Communication or Marketing Department
  • Experience in a Corporate Communication Department with responsibilities in content creation or management (online and offline) will be considered an additional qualification
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language
  • Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
