Job Overview:

The Senior Microsoft Hybrid Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of hybrid Microsoft infrastructures across Azure and on-premises environments. The role requires deep expertise in Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft 365 hybrid integrations, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server, and enterprise networking. The successful candidate will also mentor junior engineers and lead client-facing technical workshops.

Key Responsibilities

·  
Design
, implement, and manage Microsoft Azure infrastructures (IaaS & PaaS).

·
Lead
Hybrid Cloud projects, integrating on-premises Active Directory with Microsoft Entra ID.

·  
Deploy
and maintain Azure Landing Zones, governance frameworks, policies, and RBAC.

·  
Manage
Windows Server infrastructures (2012–2022), including AD, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.

·  
Configure
and maintain Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments.

· 
Design
and deploy Microsoft 365 hybrid solutions (Exchange Hybrid, Entra Connect, Hybrid AD Join).

·  
Administer
, migrate, and support Exchange Server and SharePoint on-premises, including hybrid deployments with Microsoft 365.

· 
Administer
and maintain SQL Server environments, including Always On Availability Groups, performance tuning, and backup strategies.

· 
Implement
and support Azure Arc, Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and enterprise disaster recovery solutions.

Deploy
and maintain Azure Networking (VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Virtual WAN, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Firewalls).

·  
Provide
technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and deliver technical workshops to customers.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft infrastructure and Azure.

· Strong expertise in Active Directory and hybrid identity using Entra Connect.

· Proven hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualization.

· Experience with Exchange Server and SharePoint on-premises administration and migrations.

· Strong knowledge of SQL Server administration and Always On high availability.

· Solid experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft Sentinel.

· Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

· Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Certifications

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

· Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)

· Microsoft 365 Certifications: MS-102, MS-700

· SQL Server or Microsoft Data Platform certifications (preferred but not mandatory)
