Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

As a Pharma Sales Representative you'll be responsible for the sales and market share achievements in the Pharma channel for the area of responsibility.

• Build and enhance strong relationships with customers in the area of responsibility
• Implement the existing channel strategies in order to maximize long term sales and profitability
• Ensure excellent in store execution in line with vision store objectives by building the distribution of Reckitt's products and implementing the recommended planograms in all customers of coverage, in line with the recommendations for each brand as well as in line with 3D (Detailing – Distribution – Display)
• Monitor and deliver business results in promoting Reckitt's name and products
• Plan and track daily, weekly, monthly activities in line with the routing, customer needs and opportunities in order to deliver monthly volume objectives
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers of responsibility to secure a long-term business growth and customers' loyalty
• Collaborate with eCommerce team to build growth on e-pharmacies

• University Degree is a must / Master's degree will be considered as an asset
• Experience as a Sales Representative would be considered as desirable, not mandatory
• Fluency in Greek&English
• IT literate - understanding of MS Office
• Results oriented, entrepreneurial, with a 'can do' attitude
• Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
• Driving License
