Role Purpose

We are looking for an organized and communicative
Marketing Specialist
to join our Marketing team, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and activities. The role supports the execution of promotional campaigns, brand communication, and retail marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency, timely delivery, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities


• Support the execution of commercial promotions and marketing campaigns across channels.


• Coordinate marketing materials for product launches, offers, and seasonal initiatives.


• Collaborate with Commercial, Category, and Store teams to ensure accurate and timely communication.


• Support content creation and adaptation for online and offline channels, ensuring brand consistency.


• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and suppliers as required.


• Manage in-store communication materials, including POS, signage, and window displays.


• Support store openings, local activations, and seasonal campaigns.


• Track marketing tasks, timelines, approvals, and assist with campaign reporting and performance tracking.


• Maintain organized marketing assets and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications


• Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience in marketing support, retail, or commercial roles.


• Hands-on experience coordinating campaigns, materials, or marketing activities.


• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing processes.


• Experience working with designers, agencies, suppliers, or retail environments is considered an asset.


• Exposure to retail marketing, in-store communication, or campaign performance tracking is considered an asset
