Marketing Specialist
who combines creativity with strategy, and data with empathy.

You'll be joining a purpose-driven team focused on making a positive impact on people's mental well-being. Your role will bridge the gap between digital performance and authentic human connection—across both online and offline channels.

The role will report to the Managing Director.

Experience: 2+ years

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that reflect our tone, values, and mission.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize for greater impact.
  • Develop and curate meaningful content for social media, newsletters, and paid ads.
  • Support brand consistency through copywriting, visual storytelling, and community-focused messaging.
  • Participate in market planning, event support, and the rollout of new services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure marketing aligns with our users' real needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital and/or offline marketing.
  • Strong skills in social media marketing, performance monitoring, and content strategy.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
  • A growth mindset, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects with care.
  • Sensitivity to working in industries related to mental health, wellness, or social impact (a plus).
