Social Media - Content Creator (fixed-term contract)

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media - Content Creator to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The role will focus on supporting our morning shows and sports programs, creating engaging digital content that enhances audience interaction and strengthens our online presence.

There is the possibility of extension beyond the initial contract period, depending on business needs.

Job Description 

• Create, edit, and publish compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn)
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments and highlights from our morning shows and sports programs
• Develop engaging short-form videos, reels, and stories tailored to each platform
• Monitor performance and provide insights through analytics tools
• Collaborate closely with editorial and production teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, preferably in media, TV, or entertainment
• Strong copywriting and video editing skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools)
• Familiarity with analytics and social media management tools
• Passion for news, infotainment, and TV content
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines
• High ethical standards, fitting with the Values of Antenna Group
