Manual QA Tester – Fintech / Banking

We are partnering with a leading financial technology institution and are seeking
Manual QA Testers
with proven experience in the fintech or banking sector. If you're passionate about ensuring the quality of digital financial products and want to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Create, review, and execute UAT test plans and test cases for web and mobile banking applications
  • Partner with business analysts, product managers, and developers to define clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Identify, log, and track defects, providing actionable insights and suggestions to the development team
  • Produce detailed test reports highlighting potential risks and recommending improvements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and QA best practices

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in QA roles such as QA Engineer, Software Tester, or Software Engineer in Test
  • Strong background in
    banking, payments, or fintech
    , with knowledge of online banking, mobile/digital banking, and financial services workflows
  • Experience testing
    web applications, mobile apps, and API integrations
  • Solid expertise in
    UAT testing
    within the banking/fintech environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering secure, reliable, and user-friendly products
