  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση των παραστατικών που διαβιβάζονται στο MyData μέσω ERP ή άλλων εφαρμογών.
  • Έλεγχος συμφωνιών μεταξύ των εσωτερικών λογιστικών αρχείων και των δεδομένων του MyData (book-to-MyData reconciliation).
  • Στενή συνεργασία με το Φορολογικό Τμήμα του Ομίλου για την ερμηνεία φορολογικών οδηγιών που σχετίζονται με τη διαβίβαση παραστατικών και την ταξινόμησή τους.
  • Παρακολούθηση αλλαγών στη νομοθεσία σχετικά με το MyData και εξασφάλιση της έγκαιρης προσαρμογής των διαδικασιών της εταιρείας.
  • Συμμετοχή σε έργα βελτιστοποίησης και αυτοματοποίησης της ροής παραστατικών, εντός του πλαισίου της ψηφιακής μεταρρύθμισης.
  • Σύνταξη περιοδικών αναφορών (reports) για τη διοίκηση, με KPIs συμμόρφωσης MyData και σχετικές αποκλίσεις.

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ) σε Οικονομικά, Λογιστική, Χρηματοοικονομικά ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε θέση σχετική με φορολογική συμμόρφωση, λογιστική ή/και διαχείριση ERP.
  • Καλή γνώση της πλατφόρμας MyData και της σχετικής νομοθεσίας.
  • Άριστη γνώση Excel και εμπειρία σε ERP συστήματα (ιδανικά SAP - έκδοση S/4 Hanna).
  • Αναλυτική σκέψη, προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας με διεπιστημονικές ομάδες και καλή επικοινωνία.
