IKH is a leading Software & Robotics Solutions company operating internationally. Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.

We are now looking for an Operator with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new outsourced challenging projects.

As an Operator, you will work as an expert across Banking Application implementation projects. You will have the opportunity to work close to our clients, in order to understand their requirements and to translate them to functional specifications.

Responsibilities In This Role:

Coordination of EOD executions

  • Inform project teams for EOD execution plans
  • Follow-up planned steps of EOD executions, coordinate EOD execution with teams (DBAs, DevOps teams)
  • Communicate and escalate issues to Application/Infra/UAT teams, upon job failures/delays.

Operations of Control-M Scheduler

Executions during Day

  • Execution of Jobs in Test environments of Control-M during the day for UAT support
  • Monitoring of Job executions in Test environments
  • Monitoring of Automatic Daemon Jobs in Test environments
  • Re-execution of Jobs in case of Failures

Evening/Night Executions

  • Order of Jobs for the Nightly test job executions in Test environments
  • Execution of Jobs for the Nightly test job batch executions (Daily and on Weekends upon request)
  • Monitoring of Jobs for the Nightly test job batch executions (Daily and on Weekends upon request)

Operations of Finacle Scheduler

  • Execution of Jobs in Finacle environment
  • Monitoring executions in Finacle environment, during Daily/Nightly executions (additionally on Weekends upon request)
  • Check PODs in OpenShift and communicate with DevOps team for scale-up needs.

Jira/Documentation Activities

  • Raise technical Defects in Jira upon Failed executions.
  • Document performance results of EOD executions in Test environments.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or other relevant disciplines.
  • Having proven experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a distributed team adhering to strict deadlines and challenging targets.
  • Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Analytical thinking with problem-solving abilities
