Senior Account Manager

As a Senior Account Manager you will:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
  • Identify opportunities to expand our services within existing enterprise accounts and secure new business across different sectors.
  • Understand clients' business challenges and provide strategic IT solutions that deliver value and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and orchestrate the entire sales cycle from proposal development to contracting, ensuring a seamless process and successful closure of deals.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:
  • Minimum experience of 5-7 years in solution selling and account management in the IT services or consulting industry, with a focus on managing enterprise accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing large accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the telecom industry challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic thinking with a customer-centric approach.
