We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.

Location: Patra

  Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: Store Manager

More specifically, the candidate will:

  • Support the Store Manager in all operational and strategic duties
  • Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve targets
  • Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management processes
  • Ensure the store operates smoothly in compliance with company standards and regulations
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement new initiatives and business strategies
  • Prepare and analyze reports to monitor progress and inform decision-making
Requirements
