MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Ensuring the smooth operation of Retail Stores, in the specified region and compliance with all procedures according to the standards of the company
• Monitoring and analysis of sales results, KPI'S and reports of the stores and suggestions for improvements
• Implementation of action plans to improve the results
• Budget control and decision-making related to costs
• Ensuring the commercial image in the network of the stores in accordance with the VM standards of the company
• Implementation of the promotional actions within the agreed deadlines
• Product management, control of the product displayed in the store and in the stockroom, monitoring the deliveries and organization of internal transfers
• Ensuring the highest level of Customer Service
• Monitoring store staff according to the task performance, compliance with the regulations and internal rules of the company and the Health and Safety at work
• Staff cost optimizing based on company analysis and policies
• Control of employees' bonuses and monthly control of criteria on the basis of which the bonus is determined
• Management, training, evaluation and development of the store team. Participation in the selection of personnel. Close collaboration with the HR department
• Very good cooperation with the Loss & Prevention department for controlling and minimizing the effects of financial losses of the brand
• Participation in the inventory process
• Cooperation with the VM, the Marketing, the Sales Coordinator, the Allocation, and the Sales Support Department

Requirements

• Has at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position in a clothing company - experience in a Fast Fashion retail company will be an asset.
