Position summary
We are looking for a dynamic person to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving Picture of Success in the assigned geography and clientele of the Retail Channel for all Nestlé products.

A day in the life…
- Improve the visibility, ensure availability of stock & accessibility of Nestlé products on the shelves
- Cultivate & maintain trustful relationships with store managers & key personnel
- Execution of Planned Promotions at store level as per Customers' Plan
- Order Taking for door-to-door customers
- Actively seek out & negotiate new sales opportunities through 2nd placements
- Effective communication with internal Key Stakeholders & immediate feedback for market updates
- Merchandising & Control over the quality of products on shelves (i.e. expiration dates, FiFo, packaging)
- Collaborate with team members & external partners to deliver results
What makes you successful
- University Degree in Business, Marketing or any other related field
- Postgraduate studies in Marketing or MBA would be a plus
- Any commercial experience would be considered as an asset
- Results focus, Initiative, Proactive cooperation
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Communication and negotiation skills, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills
- PC literacy (MS Office, Outlook)
- Fluency in Greek & English
- Experience in SAP would be an advantage
- Driving license is a prerequisite
