Μπορείς να σε δεις στα παρακάτω;
  • Εποπτεία & στρατηγική καθοδήγηση πολλαπλών πελατών (accounts).
  • Project ownership: από το onboarding, μέχρι το monthly reporting.
  • Συντονισμός ομάδας (Digital Specialists, Performance Marketers, Designers) με διαρκή παρακολούθηση deadlines & KPIs.
  • Σύνθεση στρατηγικών brief και παρουσίαση προτάσεων σε υπάρχοντες & υποψήφιους πελάτες.
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων (GA4, Ads dashboards) και ερμηνεία performance για λήψη αποφάσεων.
  • Συνεχής επικοινωνία με πελάτες: συναντήσεις, reporting, διαχείριση προσδοκιών.
  • Συμμετοχή σε pitches για νέα projects ή upsell υπηρεσιών σε υφιστάμενους πελάτες.

Requirements

Τι χρειάζεσαι για να πετύχεις:
  • 4+ χρόνια εμπειρίας σε παρόμοιο ρόλο και περιβάλλον Digital Agency. 
  • Ικανότητα συντονισμού ομάδας και διαχείρισης workflow.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads), email marketing, SEO.
  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης KPIs και data σε business προτάσεις.
  • Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση budget, media planning και στρατηγικό πλάνο.
  • Εμπειρία στη χρήση εργαλείων όπως GA4, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Looker Studio.
Nice to Have (Plus)
  • Εμπειρία σε pitching & presales.
  • Γνώση marketing automation tools (π.χ. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Βασικές γνώσεις περιεχομένου (content calendar, copywriting brief).
