Ο/Η Customer Insights & Retail Media Analyst είναι υπεύθυνος/η για την ανάλυση και ερμηνεία δεδομένων που σχετίζονται με τις προτιμήσεις, τις ανάγκες και τη συμπεριφορά των πελατών, αλλά και για την υποστήριξη της λειτουργίας Retail Media μέσω reporting και συντονισμού των παραδοτέων. Ο ρόλος συμβάλλει στη διαμόρφωση στρατηγικών που ενισχύουν τη σχέση με τους καταναλωτές και στη βελτιστοποίηση των retail media ενεργειών.

Οι αρμοδιότητές σου

Customer Insights

  • Σχεδιάζεις και υλοποιείς ερευνητικά προγράμματα που εμβαθύνουν στις αντιλήψεις για τα brands και τις ανάγκες των πελατών.
  • Αναλύεις δεδομένα από πολλαπλές πηγές, επικοινωνώντας ξεκάθαρα τα insights και τις προτεινόμενες ενέργειες.
  • Μελετάς customer profiles & segmentation υποστηρίζοντας αποφάσεις σε προώθηση, pricing και λανσαρίσματα προϊόντων.
  • Παρακολουθείς τάσεις αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού και τις μετατρέπεις σε actionable προτάσεις.
  • Διαχειρίζεσαι σχέσεις με εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και εσωτερικές ομάδες για υψηλή ποιότητα παραδοτέων.

Retail Media

  • Ελέγχεις την ορθότητα και πληρότητα αρχείων πριν τη δημοσίευση (naming conventions, format, specs, deadlines).
  • Συγκρίνεις performance data με benchmarks και προτείνεις βελτιστοποιήσεις (π.χ. asset quality, placement adjustments, frequency recommendations).
  • Βοηθάς στη δημιουργία ολοκληρωμένων report απόδοσης (campaign performance, CTR, impressions, sales uplift όπου εφαρμόζεται).
  • Συντάσσεις εβδομαδιαίες/μηνιαίες αναφορές προς stakeholders με key learnings και actionable insights.
  • Παρακολουθείς και διαχειρίζεσαι τη μηνιαία διαδικασία budget του τμήματος Marketing, διασφαλίζοντας την ακρίβεια, τη συνέπεια και την έγκαιρη ενημέρωσή του.
  • Συνεργάζεσαι με τις εσωτερικές ομάδες για την καταγραφή, συμφωνία και αναφορά των δαπανών, παρέχοντας ξεκάθαρη εικόνα του οικονομικού status και τυχόν αποκλίσεων.

Το προφίλ σου

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ με κατεύθυνση Marketing ή συναφές αντικείμενο, ή μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές στο αντικείμενο.
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε Customer Insights, Consumer Behaviour, Research ή Retail Media.
  • Προηγμένες γνώσεις MS Excel & άνεση με εργαλεία reporting/visualization.
  • Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης δεδομένων με σαφήνεια.
  • Οργανωτικότητα, λεπτομέρεια και ικανότητα συντονισμού πολλών stakeholders.
  • Επιθυμητές γνώσεις: campaign analytics, media metrics.
