Scalers recherche des Customer Care experts pour accompagner des clients comme Uber, N26, Google, Microsoft, Canon ou encore Netflix.

Si vous êtes passionné par la technologie, que vous parlez français couramment et avez une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, alors ce poste est fait pour vous

  • Communiquer avec les clients par téléphone, chat et e-mail
  • Résoudre les problèmes techniques grâce à vos compétences en analyse et résolution
  • Suivre et clôturer les dossiers de manière efficace et dans les délais
  • Garantir une satisfaction client optimale en représentant une grande marque
  • Maintenir des relations professionnelles solides avec tous les partenaires et faire preuve d'empathie en toutes circonstances
  • Atteindre les objectifs fixés par le client et en interne

Maîtrise du français

Très bonnes compétences de communication en anglais

Excellentes compétences écrites et orales, sens du relationnel et de la résolution de problèmes

Bonne connaissance des systèmes d'exploitation et applications informatiques

Aisance avec les ordinateurs et appareils mobiles

Polyvalence et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches en même temps

Esprit d'équipe et adaptabilité dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution

Empathie, sens du service client, esprit collaboratif, autonomie
