Αν ναι, τότε μπορείτε να γίνετε το επόμενο στέλεχος της ομάδας υποστήριξης των Ιατρονοσηλευτικών [EPR/CIS] εφαρμογών λογισμικού της εταιρείας μας

Σε αυτή τη θέση θα κληθείτε, μεταξύ άλλων, να εκπαιδεύσετε χρήστες των πελατών στην αξιοποίηση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος, να βρείτε δημιουργικές λύσεις για την αποκατάσταση προβλημάτων, καθώς και να συμμετάσχετε στον ποιοτικό έλεγχο και διάθεση των νέων εκδόσεων του λογισμικού.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  1. Απόφοιτοι ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ Πληροφορικής, Νοσηλευτικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Διαχείρισης Προϊόντων από Ελληνικό ή αντίστοιχα αναγνωρισμένο Ακαδημαϊκό Ίδρυμα του Εξωτερικού.

  2. 2+ χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή σε χώρους υγείας (π.χ. σε Νοσοκομείο) επιθυμητό.

  3. Ευφράδεια στην επικοινωνία στα Ελληνικά και στα Αγγλικά.

  4. Εργατικότητα – Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας – Πρωτοβουλία – Αφοσίωση.

Τυχόν σχετικά μεταπτυχιακά ή/και μακροχρόνια εμπειρία σε σχετικές θέσεις θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαιτέρως

Αρμοδιότητες

  1. Διάγνωση και αποκατάσταση προβλημάτων που εντοπίζονται στο πληροφοριακό σύστημα ή αναφέρονται από τους πελάτες.

  2. Καθοδήγηση-Εκπαίδευση των πελατών σχετικά με τις λειτουργικότητες του πληροφοριακού συστήματος και τον τρόπο αξιοποίησής του.

  3. Παροχή βοήθειας στον πελάτη για την εγκατάσταση και διαμόρφωση-παραμετροποίηση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος.

  4. Αναβάθμιση του πληροφοριακού συστήματος του πελάτη με νέες εκδόσεις των υποσυστημάτων.

  5. Προσδιορισμός και αξιολόγηση του εκάστοτε αιτήματος για τον καλύτερο τρόπο επίλυσής του.

  6. Έλεγχος και διάθεση νέων εκδόσεων εφαρμογών λογισμικού.
