IP Partners, a company specialized in delivering IT & network infrastructure projects and providing technical support & systems management services, is expanding its technical team and is seeking an
ICT Support Engineer
.

The role includes remote and on-site support of users and systems, configuration of Active Directory & Entra solutions, troubleshooting of computers, servers, printers, and VoIP PBXs, as well as assisting the implementation team with system configurations across the company's portfolio of solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support on networks, servers, storage, and other ICT systems.
  • Manage domains, local Active Directory controllers & Entra, and user rights.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and related devices.
  • Support VoIP PBXs (3CX, Yeastar, Grandstream).
  • Deliver remote and on-site customer support.
  • Configure solutions from the company's portfolio (IaaS, SaaS, backup solutions, cybersecurity solutions, etc.).

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
  • Good command of Greek and English languages.
  • Knowledge of core ICT technologies (hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration).
  • Solid knowledge of installation, administration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing computers and peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Category B driving license.

Desired Qualifications

  • Networking certification (e.g. CCNA, HCIA-Datacom, HPE6-A86).
  • Microsoft certification (e.g. MCSA, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate).
  • ITIL Service Management framework certification (e.g. ITIL 4 Foundation).
  • Experience in TAC/NOC environments (ticketing systems, remote tools, NMS, SLA monitoring, etc.).
