Job Description:

As an Associate within our Executive Search Firm, you will collaborate closely with the Partners to deliver comprehensive executive search solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Research and Market Analysis:

  2. Conduct thorough research on target industries, companies, and executive talent.

  3. Analyze market trends, competitor landscapes, and talent mapping.

  4. Candidate Identification and Evaluation:

  5. Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates for executive roles.

  6. Screen and assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through initial interviews and reference checks.

  7. Administrative Support:

  8. Provide administrative assistance in the execution of search assignments, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining accurate records.

  9. Database Management:

  10. Maintain and update our internal database with candidate and client information.

  11. Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support efficient search processes.

  12. Client Interaction:

  13. Collaborate with the Partners to understand client needs and requirements for executive positions.

  14. Assist in the preparation of client presentations and status updates.

  15. Relationship Building:

  16. Establish and cultivate relationships with industry professionals, executives, and potential candidates.

  17. Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand your network and stay informed about market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in executive search, recruitment, or a corporate environment.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
