Der ADAC ist mit über 22 Millionen Mitgliedern der größte Automobilclub Europas. Die ADAC-Notrufstation in Griechenland gehört als Tochterunternehmen der ADAC Gruppe an.

In unserem Customer Service Center in Glyfada gehen die Hilferufe der ADAC Mitglieder und Kunden ein, die sich im In- und Ausland befinden. Eine interessante, verantwortungsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Aufgabe erwartet Sie in unserem dynamischen, internationalen Team, welches fahrzeugbezogene Hilfeleistungen vermittelt und organisiert.

Wir suchen Verstärkung durch engagierte Mitarbeiter/innen, die ihr Knowhow und ihre Erfahrung bei der telefonischen Betreuung der ADAC Mitglieder und Versicherten, mit Verantwortung umsetzen. Neben gutem sprachlichem Ausdrucksvermögen sind Sie gleichermaßen offen und positiv im Umgang mit Menschen und bewahren in jeder Gesprächssituation die Ruhe.

Das ist Ihr Profil:

  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Minimum B2-Niveau)

  • Grundkenntnisse in Englisch

  • Griechischkenntnisse (von Vorteil)

  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC

Hohe Servicebereitschaft und Kundenorientierung

Teamarbeit, Flexibilität und Spontanität

  • Kommunikatives Geschick und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Kunden in Deutschland und ganz Europa
