We are seeking a
Sales Representative
focused exclusively on
AI business solutions & RAG deployments
.

The Role

You will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building client relationships, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. You will identify market opportunities, create strategies to achieve sales targets, and provide feedback to teams for product and service improvements.

This role perfectly suits someone who thrives at the intersection of AI technology, business consulting, and strategic selling.

What You Will Do

Consultative Sales & Business Discovery

  • Identify opportunities for RAG implementations across industries (banks, retail, telco, government, logistics, healthcare).
  • Understand customer workflows, pain points, and data environments.
  • Translate business needs into clear RAG use-cases (knowledge copilots, enterprise search, automated customer support, policy assistants, etc.).

Solution Positioning

  • Explain how Sophea RAG can be applied in real internal processes.
  • Present relevant demos, POCs, and value propositions.
  • Work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, and Engineering to design tailored solutions.

Pipeline Development & Deal Closing

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, HR Directors, Operations Managers).
  • Navigate complex decision cycles involving IT, security, legal, and business functions.
  • Develop proposals, conduct ROI analyses, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to signed contract.

Technical Understanding - You don't need to be an engineer, but you must:

  • Understand how RAG works at a conceptual level
  • Know how data sources connect (SharePoint, PDFs, CRMs, intranet, knowledge bases, Dynamics, SAP)
  • Explain the difference between generic AI and enterprise RAG
  • Communicate privacy, governance, and security advantages

Voice of the Customer

  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product teams.
  • Represent customer needs in solution scoping and roadmap discussions.

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • 4–7 years of B2B technology sales experience (AI, SaaS, cloud, digital solutions preferred).
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to run discovery calls.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits.
  • Experience presenting to senior decision-makers.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred

  • Experience selling AI/ML solutions or data products.
  • Familiarity with RAG, LLMs, chatbots, enterprise search, or automation tools.
  • Experience in complex sales cycles (public sector or large enterprises).
