The role:

We are looking for a B2B Sales Support for our brand new sales office in Athens, (Leof. Syggrou 233, Nea Smirni), the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships, and converting inbound leads to generate sales for commercial solar PV projects.

The successful candidate will be driven to achieve their sales goals and should have excellent sales and communication skills. The responsibilities include maintaining extensive knowledge of the products, the solar market and interacting with business owners and directors.

A senior level position will be considered for candidates with the right experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing active sales to corporate clients.
  • Searching for new clients and innovative sales opportunities.
  • Preparing and developing daily commercial offers with our company's products for customers.
  • Positioning and proposing the right products to suit the customer's needs.
  • Tracking orders status and warehouse product stock.
  • Close coordination with logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers.
  • Monitoring competitors' offerings, assess client situations and propose competitive options applicable to the clients' individual needs.
  • Coordinating with procurement department to estimate future stocks and devise sales strategy.
  • Soliciting and logging customer feedback as well as evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.

What you'll need:

  • Degree in Business/ Management/ Communications or related field. A graduate degree is strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales.
  • Develop demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

Great to have:

  • Knowledge & experience in the PV industry or related power systems experience of the solar industry.
