At Uniflame S.A we are looking for an Associate Category Manager who will join our Marketing Team and will be located in Athens, Greece
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Owner of the assigned product categories (under the Marketing Manager)
• Development & implementation of marketing and trade marketing plans
• Market research and development of new product propositions
• Communication and negotiations with international suppliers
• Business reviews preparation and reporting to international suppliers
• Perform marketing and financial analysis to identify business opportunities
• Responsible for P&L of the categories assigned and the go to market value chain
• Integrating marketing and sales functions and develop go-to-market strategies
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Administration
• Prior experience in managing brands in the FMCG sector
• Experience in both functions of marketing and sales will be considered a plus
• Ability to travel at least three times a year (Greece & abroad)
• Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Presentation skills
• Commercial acumen
• Fluency in English both written and verbal
• Pro-active and result-oriented attitude
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Organized and efficient with ability to prioritize & adapt to change
