Your contribution:

  • You are responsible for
    leading the deployment
    and
    ongoing compliance
    with ISO 50001 across local TowerCos
  • Prepare, implement,
    and
    monitor internal and external audits
    for the certification and maintenance of the management system
  • Define and report against technology KPIs
    , manage energy related training courses and drive employee engagement
  • Responsibility for the
    continuous improvement
    of the
    ISO 50001 standards
  • Leading and managing the
    technology related ESG data
    and
    KPIs
    for internal and external reporting across local TowerCos
  • Proactively
    driving the global exchange
    between the local TowerCos in terms of energy management system

What makes you stand out:

  • At least 5 years of
    professional experience
    , at least 2 years of them in
    energy management
    in the energy services, telecommunications, property management or infrastructure sector
  • An
    university degree
    in
    Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
    or a comparable degree
  • Experience in
    managing ISO 50001
    development, implementation, and monitoring
  • Experience with
    data analytics
    and
    KPIs reporting
  • Strong
    analytical, project management
    and
    stakeholder management
    skills
  • Fluent English skills written and spoken (C1), German skills are an advantage
