NYNN is developing a portfolio of diverse concepts in Greece with the intention to travel. NYNN is initiated and bootstrapped by Temes S.A., developer of Costa Navarino.   Our first concept is House of NYNN, a private lifestyle members' club, located at The Ilisian. Spread across three levels and over 5,500 SQM, House of NYNN is designed for balance - where pleasure, work, fitness, and wellbeing come together effortlessly. Thoughtfully curated spaces include laid-back dining, vibrant bars, smart workspaces, next-gen fitness, and the largest outdoor pool in central Athens. You are a reliable and hardworking individual who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and efficiency behind the scenes. You thrive in a team environment and understand the importance of keeping kitchen and service areas running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, discipline, and a positive attitude.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Steward, you will be an essential part of the kitchen and F&B operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas
  • Supporting the kitchen and service teams in maintaining hygiene standards
  • Handling waste disposal and maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas
  • Following safety procedures and communicating any issues to supervisors

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards
  • Physical stamina and ability to work on foot for extended periods
  • Team player with a positive and respectful attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Previous experience in a steward or cleaning role is a plus
  • Fluent in Greek or English
