Data Steward

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Steward to join our Digital & Technology team, under a fixed-term contract until December 31, 2026. You'll play a key role in managing master data, supporting data governance, and driving initiatives that enhance data quality and business value. Collaborating with both business and IT teams, you'll contribute to our global data transformation roadmap, including data cleansing, enrichment, migration, and governance.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain master data in alignment with the Enterprise Data Model (EDM).
• Support global and local data governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate day-to-day data management activities and collaborate with 3rd parties.
• Implement data standards, policies, and monitoring processes to improve quality and availability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven projects and continuous improvement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum2 years' experience in data management or data governance.
• Strong knowledge of data quality management (profiling, cleansing, enrichment).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business and IT.
• Familiarity with data governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Ataccama) is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
