is seeking for an experienced
HR professional
to join their team.

HR Manager (6082/HRM/ESS/GR)

This is a standalone HR role reporting directly to senior management, responsible for managing daily HR operations while shaping and promoting a strong HR culture. This role will drive digitalization, streamline processes, implement best practices, and introduce innovative HR initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, including leave management, digital time tracking, company vehicles, and HR procedures.
  • Support performance evaluation processes, employee development plans, and training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor legislation and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers and support employee inquiries.
  • Partner with management to align HR activities with business objectives and prepare HR reports and workforce planning insights.

Qualifications:

  • 3–7 years of progressive HR experience.
  • University studies in Business Administration, HRM, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR).
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
  • Background in change management or organizational development.
