Accounting Manager
to join their team.

Scope of the Role

We are seeking a skilled
Accounting Manager
to oversee
financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and cost control
. The role involves
monitoring agreements, managing project budgets, preparing financial forecasts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
.

What you will do

  • Record expenses and revenue invoicing.
  • Monitor agreements and project financial management (budgeting, cost tracking, performance indicators).
  • Calculate overtime, technical hours, and payroll costs for projects.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss under Greek GAAP).
  • Develop monthly reports on the company's financial position, including balance sheet analysis.
  • Conduct income and expense forecasting (OpEx).
  • Prepare and execute monthly cash flow management (payments, taxes, loans).
  • Track pending orders and invoicing deadlines.
  • Perform credit control on customer and supplier balances, ensuring payments and agreements are met.
  • Manage costing of inventory items using Softone ERP.

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards (GAAP, Greek General Chart of Accounts - ΕΓΛΣ).
  • Experience in budget management and financial tracking for projects.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, ideally Softone, and MS Office.
  • Ability to prepare financial reports and forecasts.
  • Knowledge of English

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
