Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Assistant with expertise in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the company's ERP implementation, provide technical assistance to staff, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This role involves coordinating with other departments, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal performance of systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the maintenance and support of ERP systems, ensuring functionality and data accuracy.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across the organization.

  • Offer support for Office 365 applications, aiding in the setup, training, and troubleshooting of tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Help maintain and update websites through WordPress or similar platforms.

  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize and integrate ERP with CRM and other commercial tools to support business processes.

  • Support IT projects, including software updates, hardware setup, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in an IT support role, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

  • Good understanding of ERP systems (experience with Entersoft ERP or SoftOne software will be considered as a plus).

  • Familiarity with CRM and other commercial tools (considered an advantage).

  • Good knowledge of WordPress or other website platforms (e.g., Joomla, Drupal).

  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to IT support.
