Votre mission en tant qu'agent de support client est de soutenir leurs activités en offrant la meilleure qualité de service à leurs clients, tout en travaillant avec des marques mondiales prestigieuses.

RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Assurer un service de qualité en répondant aux demandes des clients par téléphone, chat et/ou e-mail
  • Fournir une écoute active et faire preuve d'une grande empathie
  • Accompagner et gérer les problèmes des clients
  • Apporter des recommandations et solutions personnalisées aux différentes demande des clients
Requirements
  • Maîtrise parfaite du Français (natif)
  • Excellente capacité de communication et d'argumentation à l'oral et à l'écrit
  • Bonne connaissance des outils informatique
  • Esprit d'équipe et ouverture d'esprit
  • Proactive, dynamique et motivé
  • Candidats non européens ont besoin d'un permis de travail
  • Un bon niveau d'Anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit (niveau B1 minimum)
