ss Unit Manager /Greece

As part of our continued growth and upcoming launches in the Endocrinology & Immunology portfolio, this role will play a key part in leading the business, supporting strategy development, driving performance, and ensuring successful execution across the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Endocrinology & Immunology business unit.
  • Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Ensure strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Medical, Market Access, and Marketing.
  • Support product launches and ensure high-quality execution of business plans.
  • Manage and develop the commercial team within the business unit.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry (Endocrinology/Immunology experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex projects.
  • Fluent in English
