We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on
Integration & Site Delivery Manager
to lead the end-to-end

deployment, integration, and operational management of advanced C2 / PISM systems (IoT).

**This is an on-site role based in the
Peloponnese region, Kalamata area
.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Site Delivery & Management:

a. Act as the on-site project leader responsible for execution, timeline adherence, and

coordination

b. Operational Planning - Coordinate site activities and logistics, including equipment readiness,

site surveys, safety procedures, and schedule adherence

  1. Customer Facing Experience - Point of contact for the customer on site, address client requests,

provide technical services, and coordinate with the company's teams when needed.

  1. Technical Experience:

a. Connectivity & Protocols:

 Use of standard communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT, SNMP, OPC UA).

 Ensures reliable and secure data transmission between systems.

b. Interoperability:

 Integration of heterogeneous systems: IoT devices, SCADA, VMS Systems

 Use of APIs, middleware, or data brokers to bridge different technologies.

c. Data Synchronization:

 Real-time or near-real-time data sharing.

 Timestamping and consistency mechanisms.

d. Security:

 Encryption, authentication, and access control to protect data in transit.

 Network segmentation and firewall rules.

e. Scalability & Redundancy:

 Ability to handle growing numbers of devices and data volume.

 Redundant paths and failover mechanisms for high availability.

f. Monitoring & Diagnostics:

 Tools to monitor the health of the network itself.

 Alerts for connection failures or data anomalies.

Main Requirements:

  • Experience in integrating large-scale technology projects, including IT and active data communication

systems and heterogeneous systems (IoT, SCADA, VMS) using APIs or middleware.

  • Experience in technical project management, system integration, deployment, and service.

  • Assistance in continuous customer system support: monitoring technical and operational status and

performing maintenance at all levels.

  • Hands-on experience with standard communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT, SNMP, OPC UA).

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity practices, including encryption, authentication, access control,

and firewall management.

  • PMO certification / BS in Project Management or any other relevant studies.

  • Preferably located in Peloponnese, Kalamata area.

  • Languages

Greek – High level/ native speaker

English - High level (Written & Spoken) – Mandatory

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness for working internationally.

  • Independent, Self-driven, problem-solving mindset with attention to details.
