Deputy Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of our key locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.

Location: Kalamata

Working Model: On-Site

You will be reporting to: Store Manager

More specifically, the candidate will be:

• Mentoring, training, and developing the team
• Ensuring the proper operation of the store according to company standards
• Maximize sales opportunities and monitor store KPIs to achieve profitability
• Promote a customer-centric culture by ensuring a high level of service
• Participate in code reviews, fostering code quality and team collaboration
• Contribute to the enhancement of development processes and tools

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and guide team members to meet objectives
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence
