Operations Advisor play a key role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of garage workflows in line with our master agreements. This role is responsible for managing job approvals, coordinating service appointments, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction for Ayvens clients through effective communication and operational excellence.
The RMT acts as a key liaison between the Mobility team and service providers, ensuring seamless coordination and timely execution of maintenance and body repair services. The role is dedicated to enhancing service quality and ensuring cost efficiency, while actively driving continuous improvement across all operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and regulate garage workflow processes to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and service standards.

• Act as the primary communication link between the Mobility team and service provider, ensuring alignment and timely updates on service activities.

• Manage and approve workshop requests for vehicle maintenance and body repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.

• Coordinate and control the channeling of maintenance and body repair appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling and resource utilization.

• Monitor and control costs related to repairs and maintenance to ensure cost-efficiency and value delivery.

• Negotiate and secure competitive pricing with the service provider, ensuring full transparency and clear communication of total repair costs 

• Pursue warranty recovery opportunities, even for vehicles outside standard factory warranty periods.

• Maintain accurate records of all driver interactions and service activities using Ayvens systems.

• Identify and escalate complex or high-impact issues requiring further attention or intervention.

• Monitor, analyze, and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to track service quality, cost efficiency, and operational effectiveness, and take corrective actions where necessary.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and supporting action plans that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
 

Qualifications & Skills

• University degree will be considered as an asset

• At least 5-7 years of experience in automotive markets

• Very good command of English language, both verbal and written

• Organizational skills

• Be able to work in teams

• Customer oriented
