Junior Logistics Coordinator

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Οργάνωση και διεκπεραίωση παραγγελιών πελατών
  • Έλεγχος και ενημέρωση διαθεσιμότητας προϊόντων
  • Έκδοση παραστατικών
  • Επικοινωνία με πελάτες-προμηθευτές για παραδόσεις προϊόντων
  • Παρακολούθηση και διαχείριση φορτώσεων
  • Διαχείριση & εποπτεία επιστροφών
  • Παρακολούθηση μεταφοράς και διανομής παραγγελιών

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ανώτερης ή ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης, κατά προτίμηση Logistics, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Λογιστικής
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 6 ετών σε μεγάλη εταιρεία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση λογισμικού ERP (Entersoft θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν) και λογισμικού WMS
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office (ειδικά Excel)
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Διάθεση και ευχέρεια εργασίας σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον
  • Οργανωτικό πνεύμα και συνεργασία στα πλαίσια μίας ομάδας
