Key Responsibilities

  • Event Planning and Execution
  • Develop and execute plans for events such as product launches, corporate gatherings, promotional campaigns, and more
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and technology requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Budget Management
  • Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to maximize value

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure alignment with objectives
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Post-Event Analysis

  • Analyze event performance, gather feedback, and produce detailed reports
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Recommend improvements for future events

Key Skills and Qualifications

· Proven experience in event management, with a focus on commercial success.

· Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Budget management experience and a strong sense of financial accountability.

· Proficiency in event management software and tools.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
