Role Overview:
As a Travel Agent, you'll assist customers with trip planning and reservations across multiple channels. From booking flights and hotels to managing changes, cancellations, and special requests, you'll ensure each traveler feels supported from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via chat, email, and phone with travel-related requests
Book and manage flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities, including changes and cancellations
Provide guidance on itineraries, travel requirements, baggage policies, and payment/refund processes
Handle customer concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach
Accurately document bookings and interactions in internal systems
Escalate urgent or complex cases when necessary (e.g., disruptions, missed connections)
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent in German (C1/C2 level) and English (B2 level)
- Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Greece residency card
- Skills: Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
- Mindset: Professional, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the Travel field
