Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of developers, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to inform the team's development practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong technical background in relevant programming languages.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role, effectively managing developers and projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
