What Youll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support in French across exciting projects from e-commerce and travel to tech and lifestyle.

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and empathy.

  • Understand customer needs and deliver effective, timely solutions.

  • Ensure every client enjoys an outstanding experience.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in French (C1+), both written and spoken.

  • Good command of English (B1+) for internal communication.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Motivation to relocate to Greece for an enriching international experience or already based there.

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek work permit.
