Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece.

We are looking for a Legal Liquidations Officer to manage all back-office operations ensuring smooth and effective Portfolio Management.

Reporting to the Legal Liquidations Head, the role will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring daily the progress of Retail Foreclosures & Auctions Orders;
  • Reviewing documents, filling the necessary paperwork & calculating leakages;
  • Managing all lawyer and Third Party communications to track and follow up;
  • Ensuring maintenance of all processing of activities and administer responsiveness of alerts to determine foreclosure/auctions timeline management;
  • Perform data entry of legal enforcement actions taken;
  • Check and prepare physical and electronic files;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years professional/related experience in legal office/legal firm;
  • Knowledge of the legal enforcement process and data entry systems;
  • Advanced Excel/SQL skills will be considered a plus;
  • Data analysis & decision making;
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan; and exceptional attention to detail;
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
