We are seeking a Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying and engaging with potential clients through telephone, e-mail, and professional networking.
  • Building and maintaining positive, transparent relationships with prospects and internal teams.
  • Understanding client needs and presenting appropriate W3specialists solutions.
  • Following up consistently on leads and opportunities until successful closure or clear outcome.
  • Assisting in the new-client onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition to the Account Management team.

  • Languages: Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year in a similar role, ideally in digital services or B2B environments.
  • Based in Pallini, Greece, or surrounding areas.
