Job Description:

LABOR
is seeking an experienced technical sales professional to strengthen its team. The successful candidate will manage B2B sales, with a focus on developing new clients, understanding technical topics, and closing deals with minimal administrative involvement. Part of their role will be related to studying and reading through prototypes to support the set up and manage our offers.

Responsibilities include managing offers, expanding the client base, and participating in professional networks and exhibitions to enhance the company's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales, particularly in technical services and certification
  • Understand and communicate technical standards (MIL-STD, IEC 60601, ISO 13485)
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to putting together the offers to closing and managing the client
  • Prepare and follow up on technical offers and contracts
  • Clearly and simply explain technical details to clients
  • Identify new opportunities and grow the customer base
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and business missions
  • Present and support the company's products and services
  • Analyze technical specifications and participate in evaluations
  • Assist in writing technical manuals and reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Technical Background:

  • University degree in engineering, science, or a related technical field. This skill is necessary and any candidate needs to have an engineering degree and have previous experience in understanding standards and technical specifications.
  • Ability to understand and analyze technical specifications and documentation
  • Familiarity with standards and regulatory frameworks such as ISO 17025, ISO 17065, MIL-STD, IEC preferred).

Professional Experience:

  • Proven 2–5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, ideally in certification, testing, or technical services
  • Background in client management, offer preparation, and sales support with technical content
  • Strong sales record and/or existing client base will be considered a major advantage.

Sales & Communication Skills:

  • Excellent ability to present technical solutions, frameworks and directives clearly and simply
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with high-value commercial agreements
  • Ability to work independently with a focus on results and target achievement
  • Professional appearance, organizational skills, and customer-oriented mindset
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.

Language & Digital Skills:

  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken (especially technical terminology)
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced xls, CRM and ERP systems, Equipment management, and other customer management tools.

Availability & Flexibility:

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within and outside Greece for meetings, exhibitions, and business trips
  • Willingness to participate in technical and commercial events, presentations, and conferences.
