About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sales Specialist
with a strong background in business development of high-value products.
This individual will map out great opportunities across industries, engage with potential partners and customers, and build a robust pipeline to drive growth.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing high-quality deals. He will play a key role in developing and delivering world-class robotics products. The role requires a background in robotics or related fields, market expansion and brand elevation with a proven track record of driving efficiency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Map out commercial opportunities and identify target markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities
  • Build, qualify, and manage a pipeline of strategic partners and customers
  • Lead business development efforts from outreach through deal structuring, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and product/service demos to potential clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, monthly, quarterly and yearly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, develop product roadmaps, and ensure successful product launches
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and progress using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on Greek market trends, customer needs and competitor activities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably focused on the high- value, high-tech markets and Large Accounts sales
  • High operational rigor and a drive for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify trends and sales opportunities
  • Proven success in cold calling and other outbound sales strategies
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in industries such as Logistics, HORECA, or healthcare
  • Experience in robotics or related fields, such as mechatronics and automation technologies
  • Existing client pipeline or Greece-based channel network is a strong advantage
