Responsibilities


• Oversee construction projects from design transition to construction to hand over


• Coordinate cross functional teams of clients, designers, vendors and contractors


• Ensure quality, costs, relationship management and compliance with regulatory bodies


• Report and track status reports


• Ensure Client Satisfaction and Relationships

Requirements:


• Engineering degree in Architecture, Civil or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering


• References


• Member of Technical Chamber of Greece


• Minimum 5 years of experience


• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English in both writing and speaking is a prerequisite


• Excellent knowledge AutoCAD, MS office and MS Project


• Willingness to work based on project deadlines

Able to multi-task, effective under pressure, with an outgoing personality, organized and thorough.


• Additional languages, Masters Degree in Construction Management or Project Management, will be highly appreciated.
