IT Project Manager – Onsite (Marousi)

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team onsite in Marousi.

The role requires strong project governance, IT knowledge, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive projects forward, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Requirements

  • Governance setup and process standardization: IT project planning, budgeting, and execution monitoring.
  • Identification of interdependencies across projects.
  • Risk assessment and preparation of mitigation plans.
  • Intervention in troubled or delayed projects, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
  • Knowledge of delivery methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.

Must have:

  • Vendor evaluation.
  • Resource optimization (CAPEX/OPEX for IT projects, tools, and maintenance).
  • Risk areas such as energy market regulation, internal audits, and cybersecurity.

IT Skills

  • Knowledge of IT architecture, databases, business analysis, and product management.
  • Ability to provide 1st level support to internal users: understanding issues and liaising with relevant MOH departments (e.g., Cybersecurity).
  • Experience with SAP, ETRM, AMI (SCADA experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Background in the energy production or renewables industry, ideally with 2+ years of IT PM experience in the sector.

  • Strategic alignment with MOH key stakeholders and effective project prioritization.
  • Strong stakeholder management, both internal (teams) and external (vendors).
  • Clear and personable communication style.
  • Proactive in identifying and resolving risks, delays, or blockers.
  • Skilled in supporting teams with root cause analysis.
  • Adaptive and resilient in the face of changing priorities.
