What you'll be doing:

As a Guest Experience Specialist (GES) you will help coordinate the smooth running of our Athens Airport base which includes liaising with aircraft operators, travel organizers, the airport authority, third-party suppliers, air crew, passengers and relevant authorities to co-ordinate the arrival and departure of our clients' aircraft at the airport.

Full-time position, starting immediately, 5 days a week, applicants must be able to work shifts.

About You:

· First and foremost - you know what an excellent customer experience looks like and you know how to deliver it.

· Prioritizing

· Fluent in English

· Flexibility , willing to help in all situations

· Willingness to learn new skills, with full training provided both in the office and outdoors on the 'ramp' with aircrafts

· Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Valid and clean driving license

· IT Literate and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programmes – Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

· You will be organised with a strong attention to detail

· Additional languages would be an advantage

· Previous experience with aviation, travel, luxury retail or hospitality would be advantageous
