Your role:

As an operations Supervisor, you'll support the Operations Manager inoverseeing day-to-day field activities, ensuring excellent service delivery,smooth communication with stakeholders, and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor daily service execution
  • Communicate with suppliers, guides, and internal teams
  • Report issues and ensure resolution
  • Assist in training seasonal staff

  • Strong organizational skills
