  • Account and Transaction Support: Assist customers with account registration, debit card issues, and resolving transaction disputes or errors.
  • In-Office Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and team leads to manage high-volume calls and ensure complex cases are resolved promptly.
  • Compliance Adherence: Strictly follow all internal financial and security compliance guidelines, ensuring data integrity.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide clear, professional, and courteous responses via phone and email, simplifying complex payment policies for users.
  • Documentation: Maintain precise, detailed records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (C2) is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience (6+ months) in customer service, call center, or financial services support.
  • Work Style: Highly organized, proactive, and resilient, thriving in a structured, fast-paced office setting.
  • Work Arrangement: Comfortable working full-time in a high-energy, in-office setting.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail required for handling confidential and financial data.
