Η GroupCenterHellasSecurity , η κορυφαία ελληνική εταιρεία ασφαλείας, αναζητά έναν/μία Security Sales Consultant, με κίνητρο και προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα για να ενταχθεί στην δυναμική μας ομάδα.

Η θέση εδρεύει στη Καλλιθέα , Αττικής και η ευθύνη έγκειται στην ευρύτερη περιοχή της Αττικής.

Αρμοδιότητες Θέσης:

  • Επικράτηση υφιστάμενων πελατών και προσέλκυση νέων

  • Δημιουργία εξαιρετικών, μακροχρόνιων σχέσεων με ιδιώτες καταναλωτές, μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις για συστήματα και υπηρεσίες ασφαλείας

  • Παρουσίαση, προώθηση και πώληση προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών χρησιμοποιώντας αποδεδειγμένες μεθοδολογίες ανάλυσης κινδύνων σε υπάρχοντες και εν δυνάμει πελάτες εντός της περιοχής ευθύνης σας.

  • Δημιουργία, ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση θετικών επιχειρηματικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες

  • Συντονισμός των πωλήσεων με τα μέλη της ομάδας και άλλα τμήματα βάσει συμφωνημένων στόχων πωλήσεων και αποτελεσμάτων εντός του χρονοδιαγράμματος

  • Επιτυχημένη πλοήγηση στον κύκλο πωλήσεων, από τον εντοπισμό ευκαιριών έως την ανάπτυξη προσφορών και το κλείσιμο συμφωνιών

  • Παρακολούθηση συναντήσεων με εκπροσώπους σημαντικών πελατών σε συγκεκριμένους τομείς/υποκαταστήματα.

  • Διενέργεια τακτικών ελέγχων ποιότητας και αναφορά των ευρημάτων στη διοίκηση

  • Συνεχής ανάπτυξη των γνώσεων και των δεξιοτήτων σας μέσω εκπαιδεύσεων και αξιολογήσεων επιδόσεων

  • Διατήρηση των προτύπων ποιότητας του τμήματος μέσω καθιερωμένων διαδικασιών και εργαλείων

Job requirements

  • Βάθος γνώσεων στα συστήματα ασφαλείας και τις τάσεις της τεχνολογίας, ικανό να αναλύει τους κινδύνους και τις απαιτήσεις για κάθε ευκαιρία, ώστε να διασφαλίζεται η προσφορά της βέλτιστης λύσης για την πλήρη ικανοποίηση του πελάτη.

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες, με την ικανότητα να οικοδομείτε εμπιστοσύνη και σχέσεις με τους πελάτες σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της GCH

  • Αποδεδειγμένη προϋπηρεσία στις πωλήσεις και προσανατολισμό στα αποτελέσματα

  • Ικανότητα ανάλυσης των αναγκών των πελατών και μετατροπή των αναγκών σε εξατομικευμένες λύσεις

  • Ικανότητες διαχείρισης έργων και οργάνωσης
